Lightweight approach with deep impact
I started Sinclair Experience Ltd two years ago after leaving the Accenture User Experience practice. Having worked in consulting for long enough I decided that it was time to share my own experience with my clients in the hope that we’d grow together out of the relationship.
My role, and that of my colleagues, is to empower our clients to understand more about the underlying principles, approaches and techniques that make up User Experience; to demistify the expertise and coach our clients on the skills and behaviours that make for a customer-centred organisation.
