What excites me most about design is its ability to bridge vision with impact. My journey began in design research and service design, on projects that fundamentally changed the businesses I was designing for.  The work directly impacted and was in support of the business model. Today, I use that experience to help organisations not only understand how and where to deploy design but also how to configure their capabilities across product, engineering, and leadership teams to navigate change through disruption.

One of my greatest joys is helping others grow. As a mentor, I work closely with design leaders and their teams to help them become the leaders they aspire to be—whether that’s by developing strategic skills, building confidence, or simply sharing my network and advice to support their journey. I believe that when people grow, their teams and organizations benefit too, and I’m always motivated by the chance to help others reach their potential.

At heart, I’m a passionate advocate for design and its role in building purpose-led businesses that thrive. It’s this passion that fuels my work and drives me to continue pushing the boundaries of what design, designers and design-leaders can achieve.
